Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use FleetIQ. Plain language on purpose — if something here is unclear, ask before you pay.
1. Who you are dealing with
FleetIQ is operated by Haul Bridge Logistics, Canal Road, near Passport Office, opposite Dar-e-Arqam Schools, Jhang, Punjab, Pakistan. Contact: hello@haulfleetiq.com.
“You” means the dispatch business that licenses FleetIQ, and everyone you let sign in to your workspace.
2. What FleetIQ is
Software that sends outreach email to carriers on your behalf, reads the replies, answers routine questions, and hands the conversation to one of your people when it should be handled by a human.
It is a tool your team operates. It does not decide who you work with, it does not sign anything, and it does not dispatch loads.
3. Your workspace and your data
Your workspace is a separate container with its own database. Your carrier list, your conversation history and what the software learns from your writing are yours. We do not sell them, and we do not use one customer’s data to serve another.
What we do with data, where it lives and how long it is kept is set out in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
4. Paying
- Plans are billed per workspace, per month, in US dollars, and paid in advance.
- There is no automatic renewal and no stored card. Each month is a payment you choose to make.
- Your workspace locks itself when the paid period ends. Your data is kept and is waiting if you come back.
- Payments are verified by a person against our own bank or wallet records, so activation is not instant — usually the same day.
- Because each month is paid separately and you can simply not pay again, we do not refund a month that has already started.
5. Using it properly
You are responsible for the email your workspace sends. In particular you agree that:
- You will only contact businesses you have a genuine reason to approach about dispatch services.
- You will keep your company name and a real postal address in your settings, because the law where your recipients are requires them on commercial email.
- You will honour unsubscribe requests. The software adds the opt-out line; acting on it is still your obligation.
- You will not use FleetIQ to send anything unlawful, misleading, or unrelated to your dispatch business.
You are also responsible for the mailbox you connect and for keeping your own sign-in credentials private.
6. Your own AI key
FleetIQ uses an AI provider key that you supply and pay for directly. We add no margin and set no ceiling on it. Your account with that provider is between you and them, including its cost and its terms.
7. Availability
We aim to keep FleetIQ running and will tell you when we cannot, but we do not offer a guaranteed uptime figure and would rather not pretend otherwise. Email delivery depends on your mailbox provider and on the receiving side, neither of which we control.
8. What we do not promise
We do not promise that FleetIQ will win you carriers, or any number of them. It sends good email and manages the replies; whether a carrier signs depends on your rates, your service and your people.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to FleetIQ is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim.
9. Ending it
You can stop at any time by not paying for another month. We can suspend or end an account that breaks section 5, that is used to send unlawful email, or that puts our sending reputation at risk — and we will tell you why.
If your account ends, ask us and we will give you an export of your workspace.
10. Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, we will tell you before your next payment. Continuing to use FleetIQ after that means you accept the change.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Punjab, Pakistan have jurisdiction.
These terms are written to be read and understood rather than to be impenetrable. They are not a substitute for advice from your own lawyer about your own business.
