FleetIQ by Haul Bridge Get started

For dispatch houses

Your dispatchers move loads. FleetIQ finds the carriers.

Winning carriers is cold email, follow-ups and chasing — a different job from dispatching, and the one that always slips. FleetIQ runs it: your AI sales agents write to carriers, answer what comes back, and hand a warm one to the dispatcher who will look after them.

Pay by Easypaisa, JazzCash, RAAST or bank transfer. No card needed.

What it actually writes

The whole product is this email being good

So here is a real one. It came out of the engine using the settings of our own dispatch house — not written for this page — and it is shown exactly as it was produced, opt-out and postal line included.

Why it does not read as a blast

The greeting, the opening angle, the order of the argument and the sign-off are drawn separately for each carrier, and a line used recently is not used again. Two carriers on your list do not get the same paragraph with the name swapped.

And it stays inside the rules

An opt-out and your US company’s postal address on every message — FleetIQ will not save an address that is not a US one — sending paced and capped per mailbox, and a carrier who says no is not written to again. Those are not settings you have to remember.

How it works

Four steps, then it runs on its own

1

Connect a mailbox

Your agent sends from a real mailbox you own — Gmail, Outlook, or your US company’s own domain. That company is what the carrier sees in the From line, so it should be the same one that signs the email.

2

Tell it who you are

Your company, what you charge, how you work. The agent writes as a carrier sales rep for your dispatch house — never as a dispatcher, because closing the carrier and dispatching them are two jobs.

3

Add carriers and let it work

It writes, waits, follows up, and reads the replies. It answers the ordinary questions on its own and knows when it is out of its depth.

4

Your dispatcher takes it from there

When a carrier is ready for a person, the handover goes to whoever owns that agent — not a shared inbox nobody checks. They pick up a conversation that is already warm.

Doing it by hand wins on judgement, which is why FleetIQ hands a carrier to a person the moment judgement is what is needed.

Built for a team

One workspace, your whole dispatch house

Everyone runs their own agents

Each of your sales people adds their own AI agents. An agent belongs to the person who connected it, so its carriers, its replies and its handovers are theirs.

A report each, and one for you

Every evening each person gets a report covering only their own agents, at whatever address they choose. You get a combined one for the whole team.

Somebody leaves, nothing goes quiet

Switch their account off and their agents fall back to you. Hand each one to a teammate and the carriers and the whole conversation history move with it.

You bring your own AI key

You pay your AI usage directly at cost, with no markup from us and no cap on how much you choose to spend. We sell you the software, not the tokens.

It learns how you write

The Training Lab studies the emails your team already sends and closes with, so the agent sounds like your house rather than like software.

Runs from your phone

Everything — adding carriers, reading replies, handing over, checking the day — works on a phone. Most of this business is not done at a desk.

What that includes

Straight about what this is

FleetIQ is new and we are honest about that. It does the outreach and the first conversation; your people still close, still dispatch, and still decide who they want to work with. There are no case studies on this page because we would have to invent them.

Try it on your own carrier list

Pick a plan, send the payment however suits you, and your workspace is built the same day.
