Why there is only one
Tiers are how software decides which customers get less. We would rather not run a business that spends its time explaining what you did not buy — and since you bring your own AI key, none of these features costs us anything extra to give you.
So there is one price and everything is in it. No add-ons, no per-person charge, no feature you discover you needed after you paid.
Prices are per workspace per month, in US dollars. One workspace covers your whole dispatch house — you are not charged per person.

Before you pay
What is an “AI sales agent”?
One mailbox that writes to carriers and answers their replies. Most dispatch houses give each sales person one or two, so a plan’s agent count is really how many people can run outreach at once.
Is there a free trial?
No. Every plan is paid, and the first month starts the day your workspace is built. We would rather price it low than run a trial we have to chase you about.
What does the AI cost on top?
You add your own Anthropic key and pay them directly for what you use. We add nothing to it and we do not cap it. What you spend is between you and them.
Is there a bigger plan as we grow?
There is nothing bigger to move to — this is everything. Agents, people, carriers and sending are all uncapped, so a dispatch house with twenty sales staff pays what one with two pays. If you grow, your bill does not.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your workspace locks itself on the date your month ends. Your data is kept, and if you come back it is waiting for you.
Can my whole team use it?
Yes — one workspace covers your dispatch house, and adding people costs nothing extra, and there is no limit on how many.
Do you see our carriers or our email?
Your workspace is your own container with its own database. We do not read your carrier list or your conversations to run the service. The full detail is in the privacy policy.
